Shabbat

Congregation M’kor Hayim holds services every Friday evening.  Since the pandemic, all our services are held via zoom.  Currently at least once a month we hold a hybrid service (in-person and zoom).

In general we follow this pattern:  The services on the first and third Friday of the month are called Shabbat Together.  They are led by the Rabbi and feature poetry, congregational participation, and more informal liturgical choices.  On the second and fourth Friday Rabbi Helen and Cantor Emily lead a more traditional service using the Reform movement’s prayer book Mishkan T’filah.  If you are a guest and wish to attend on zoom or in person, or if you have questions, send a request to CongregationMkorHayim@gmail.com.  Please note that the services begin either at 5:30 or 7:00 pm Tucson time, depending on the week.  Send a request to CongregationMkorHayim@gmail.com for the correct time of the service you would like to attend.
