About Us

Congregation M’kor Hayim (“Source of Life“) is a Reform Jewish congregation in Tucson, Arizona, established in the fall of 2008. We are energized by the intersections of prayer, social justice, and Jewish lifelong learning. We welcome, nurture and celebrate our diversity. We believe who you are, who we are, and how we come together is a blessing that transforms the world.

We partner with Rabbi Helen Cohn and Cantor Emily Ellentuck to create a welcoming, inclusive community.  Members of our community are personally known by our Rabbi and Cantor, and by other members of the congregation.

We joined the Union for Reform Judaism in 2019.  Our President and Rabbi attended the Biennial in December of that year.
